Candidate-screen scheduler agent
Syncs interviewer calendars, sends the candidate link, books the loop without the back-and-forth.
Possibilities
Where this could go
Syncs Every Interviewer
Reads live availability from every interviewer on the loop. No more back-and-forth about who can meet when.
- Google Calendar, Outlook, and iCloud supported
- Respects each interviewers focus blocks and preferences
- Handles time zones without anyone doing math
One Link For The Candidate
The candidate picks slots for the whole loop from a single link. No coordinating across recruiters. Done in under two minutes.
- Branded scheduling page in your colors
- Buffer times and prep breaks respected automatically
- Confirmation and calendar invite in one step
Handles The Chaos
When interviewers cancel, the scheduler finds a backup, reschedules the candidate, and notifies everyone. Without a recruiter touching it.
- Backup pool per interview round
- Automatic rescheduling with candidate confirmation
- Audit log of every change on the loop
Questions
Things people ask
Which calendars does this work with?
Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, and Apple iCloud. For Exchange-only setups, we use an IMAP bridge.
Does this integrate with our ATS?
Yes. Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, Ashby, and Workable. The full loop status syncs back to the candidate record automatically.
Can we set interviewer preferences?
Yes. Preferred times, focus blocks, maximum interviews per day, and no-interview days are all configurable per interviewer.
What if a candidate has a special constraint?
They can set their constraints in the booking flow. Only slots that match both the candidates and the interviewers constraints appear.
Does this handle panel interviews?
Yes. Panels are defined as a set of required interviewers in one slot. The scheduler only offers slots where every panel member is free.
What about international candidates?
Timezone detection is automatic from the candidate browser. All times display in their local timezone with a toggle to see the interviewer timezone if they want.
Does this replace our scheduling tool?
For interview loops yes. For general meetings you can keep Calendly or Savvycal. We focus on the multi-party logic that recruiting actually needs.
