ScubaDev is the software product division of Laguna Foundry. This notice explains the personal information handled when you use scubadev.com, contact us, request information, or interact with an optional website feature.
Information we handle
- Information you provide: contact details, messages, form responses, and information included in a service or product inquiry.
- Technical information: limited server and device information needed to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the website.
- Consent information: a random consent identifier, selected categories, reviewed services, policy version, source, Global Privacy Control status, and server time. Consent receipts exclude the page path, query, referrer, raw IP address, full user agent, account data, and form contents.
Purposes and disclosures

Retention, security, and children
Consent receipts are scheduled for deletion after 24 months. Other information is kept only as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, security, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security. This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
