Which data sources does this use?

If a lead comes in with a personal email or missing data, we route it to a default catch-all queue for manual review. You can define fallback rules so no lead gets lost in the system. We also flag these incomplete profiles so your team knows exactly what information is missing.

How fast does enrichment happen?

Within ten seconds of form submission for the primary fields. Deeper enrichment runs in the background within two minutes. The rep gets the initial record immediately.

What if the lead uses a personal email?

We try to match to a known person-plus-company combination from LinkedIn or similar. If we cannot resolve it, the lead still routes by the other signals it did provide.

Can we customize routing rules?

Yes. Rules by segment, territory, size, industry, product match, and custom fields. Multiple rules can stack with a priority order you set.

Does this cost extra per lookup?

Public sources are free. Paid providers charge per lookup and you control the budget. We cache results so the same company does not get billed twice in a month.

Is GDPR and CCPA compliant?

Yes. We only enrich data that can legally be attached to a lead in your jurisdiction. Users who opt out of data processing are excluded.
