Meeting notes to action items to CRM
Drop the call recording in. AI pulls decisions and action items, assigns owners, writes them into the deal record.
Possibilities
Where this could go
Pulls Decisions And Actions
Drop a call recording in. The AI pulls the decisions made, the action items agreed, and who owns each one.
- Works with Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, and direct audio uploads
- Decisions tagged separately from action items
- Ambiguity flagged for review instead of guessed
Assigns Owners Automatically
Action items get owners based on who was on the call and what they committed to. No manual attribution.
- Owner inference from speaker and commitment language
- Human-in-the-loop review for ambiguous cases
- Integrates with your existing task system
Writes Into The Deal
The system finds the matching deal in your CRM and logs the summary, decisions, and next steps directly into the activity feed.
- Matches the call to the right opportunity
- Writes a structured note to the deal record
- Creates tasks in the CRM for each action item
Questions
Things people ask
Which meeting tools connect?
Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Gong, Chorus, and direct audio or video uploads. We read cloud recordings automatically.
How accurate is the extraction?
We connect directly to your existing CRM like Salesforce or HubSpot. When you upload a recording, we match the participants to your contacts and update the open deal associated with them. You can also manually select the deal if multiple are open.
Does this replace Gong or Chorus?
No. Those own call intelligence. We focus on turning the call into structured work items in your CRM and task tool. They complement each other.
Can I edit before publishing?
Yes. Every extracted item lands in a review queue. You can edit, approve, or discard. Auto-publish is available for teams that trust the accuracy.
Which CRMs does this write to?
Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, GoHighLevel, and Close. Custom CRMs work if we can write a note and create a task via API.
What about internal team meetings?
Supported. Internal action items can flow into Linear, Asana, Monday, ClickUp, or Notion. Sales calls go to the CRM, planning calls go to the task system.
Is this GDPR compliant?
Yes. Transcripts are processed and stored according to your retention policy. Consent capture at meeting start is configurable and required in covered regions.
