Questions

Things people ask

Which channels do you monitor?

News sites, blogs, Reddit, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Hacker News, podcast transcripts, and major review sites like G2, Capterra, Trustpilot, and App Store. You can add custom sources during setup if we miss one.

How accurate is the sentiment scoring?

We let you set negative keywords and context rules to filter out irrelevant mentions. If your brand name is a common word, the agent looks at the surrounding text to ensure it actually refers to your company. You can adjust these rules at any time to keep your queue clean.

Can we suppress certain mentions?

Yes. Rules let you filter by source, author, keyword, or sentiment. Noise like internal blog posts, company news, or SEO junk can be hidden without losing the signal. You can also whitelist favorite sources for priority.

How are draft responses generated?

We train the draft writer on your brand voice during onboarding. The draft quotes the mention, answers the intent (question, complaint, praise), and follows your tone guide. You can edit before sending or approve as-is.

Can responses auto-send?

If you want, for specific low-risk intents like thank-you replies to positive mentions. Most clients keep human-in-the-loop for anything with a complaint or feature request. The rules are yours to adjust.

Does this replace our PR tool?

No. It sits in front of it. Mentions can push to Meltwater, Brandwatch, Cision, or a CRM note. Your PR tool still owns long-term coverage analysis. This is the daily triage layer.

What about non-English mentions?

Covered. The agent detects language per mention and scores sentiment in the original. Summaries can be delivered in English or the original language, your choice.
