A public-facing tool that scans merchant processing statements with AI, identifies hidden fees and overcharges, and generates personalized savings proposals in under 30 seconds. Embedded directly on the perf. website, it replaced cold calls and generic sales decks with a self-service conversion engine that prospects actually wanted to use.
Sales Pipeline Dashboard
An internal tool for perf.’s sales team that turns every uploaded statement into an actionable sales opportunity. Pipeline view, lead scoring, proposal management, and automated follow-up sequences. The dashboard replaced three separate tools and gave the sales manager real-time visibility into every open deal.
Mobile-Ready Experience
The savings calculator, optimized for how merchants actually encounter it: on their phone, in the middle of a busy day, while standing at the register wondering why their processing fees are so high. Phone camera capture replaced PDF uploads. Push notifications kept the sales team responsive. The mobile experience drove 61% of all statement submissions.
